2. Living Men and Women

2.1 Living Men and Women in general
Article 61-Birth of a human child
61.1 Birth of a human child
All births of children in United-Australia are to be recorded in the Register at the time and place of birth, including the birth weight, their name, features and status of the new born child.
61.2 The name of the new born baby must be in lower case
To protect the Sovereign status of any new born baby, the certificate must display the name of the child in lower case or proper case, never in upper case.
Upper case implies legally a person status, which is contrary to the Sovereign status of the child. Any institution that refuses to issue a proper certificate in lower or proper case, instead using upper case to denote a person is guilty of a crime under this Code.
61.3 Certificate of Sovereign Right and membership
A Certificate of Birth shall be recorded, testifying the new child to be a man or a woman with full sovereign rights, using a standard form of the Society.
The Certificate shall not be required to be witnessed as it is a proclamation of Sovereign Right. Therefore any corruption of this Right compelling either parents or guardian to sign such a document shall be considered a coersive and illegal act.
Furthermore, in the provision of a certificate of birth, nothing shall be permitted to be implied that any transaction or transfer of ownership of the Sovereign rights of the new born baby have in anyway been compromised or ceded to some third party.
61.4 Blood sample and DNA testing
All children born in United-Australia shall be required to give a small blood sample and for their DNA to be tested for all standard diseases and variations and for this information to be added to the central medical records systems of United-Australia.
