| 5.1 |
The Criminal Code and Judicial
Code |
|
| |
The Criminal Code of Asia Union shall be responsible for administering the criminal standards, conditions of and operations of all criminal law, whereas the Judicial Code shall be responsible for the conditions, procedures and rules of judicial procedure in relation to such Criminal matters. |
|
| |
The Judicial Code depends in part upon the Criminal Code in the fair operation of general criminal standards and penalties as a way of reducing the incidence and risk of anti-social, criminal and adversarial behaviour. |
|
| |
All matters, whether presented as Civil or Criminal are predicated on the existence of a controversy that a man, woman or person has failed to obey one or more clauses contained within the Criminal Code. |
|
| |
The Criminal Code in part depends upon the just operation of the Judicial Code in establishing the procedure for matters of criminal law and civil law brought before the Courts. |
