Interpretation of the Judicial
Code |

The application of a judicial law and/or procedure by analogy shall not be allowed. |
|
| |
Furthermore, the interpretation of the Judicial Code to previous court and/or judicial procedures prior to the enactment of the Judicial Code in so far as they share similar characteristics shall not be permitted. |

The Code shall not be affected, nor shall its enforceability be diminished by any legislative act or lawful opinion of the Supreme Court of the Society where comparison is used with other international law in argument to seek to have one or more clauses or articles of the Code deemed inoperable. |

Meaning of words and terms used by this Code |

The primary meaning of all words and terms used by this Code shall be defined according to the proper definitions of the Ucadian Glossary as published by the Society. |
|
| |
No other source of definition other than those explicitly defined within the Charter and related codes of law of the Society shall be permitted to be used. |
