  Article 99-Exhaustion of appeal
99.1 Exhaustion of appeal
Upon a judgment by the Court of Appeal, a convicted man or woman may have no other avenue of appeal, excluding a Charteral appeal, on the grounds that the proceedings denied the natural justice or procedures of the Charter and codes.
Such appeals shall be limited in argument and purely based on the proper interpretation of Charteral law. Such appeals shall not be available unless the basis of the complain introduces a new element no previously presented in matters before the Supreme Court of the Society.
